COMPLAINTS REGULATION

Pursuit of the Student Complaints and Objections Management System is the continuous improvement of the provided educational and administrative services quality with a student-centered perspective and guided by the principles of transparency, integrity and accountability. For this purpose, the System has an appropriate mechanism for managing student complaints and objections, in order to ensure their immediate and fair processing in an efficient and confidential manner, in accordance with the Internal Operating Regulations of the Foundation and the Undergraduate Study Program of the Department of Geology and Geoenvironment .

The complaints and objections management policy is addressed to the entire active student population of the Geology and Geoenvironment Department. This procedure concerns any form of complaint or objection related to the quality of the educational and administrative services provided by the Department. The Management Policy and Procedure for Submitting Complaints and Objections is described by the relevant regulation Regulation for the Regulation of the Complaints and Objections Management Mechanism Operation(greek version), which was approved by the Assembly of the Department of Geology and Geoenvironment on September 16, 2024.
